An emerging growth company had to expand its data storage capacity to meet customer demand. We specified, supplied and installed the equipment. We put the entire cost of the project on a 36 month lease to mirror the term of use and conserve capital.

CASE #3 Prime Contractors
A prime contractor was awarded a contract to provide a high security office space for Homeland Security. They were required to provide the office furniture at a cost of $1.7 million. The contractor selected us as their sub-contractor.  We used our 8(A) status to sole source the lease and the office furniture.
